It offers 1088 KB flash, 128 KB SRAM, 96 KB work flash, 152 GPIOs, 6 CAN-FD, 8 LIN, 64 ADC channels, and 36 Smart IOs. Supporting ISO 26262 ASIL-B and ISO 21434-ready cybersecurity, it operates from -40°C to 125°C, 2.7–5.5 V, and is RoHS and halogen free.
