The CY8C4147LDE-HVS104T is an automotive high-voltage mixed-signal microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. It features a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, multi-sense converter for capacitive sensing, two opamps, two low-power comparators, and up to 47 GPIOs. Operating from 12 V or 24 V batteries, it offers selectable 3.3 V or 5 V regulator output. AEC-Q100 qualified, it includes LIN/CXPI transceivers for automotive powertrain applications.
