The CY8C4146LCE-HVS103XT is an automotive-grade microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM. It integrates a 12-bit SAR ADC, capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE™), programmable analog and digital blocks, and a LIN/CXPI transceiver. Operating directly from a 12 V/24 V battery, it supports 3.3 V or 5 V regulator outputs. AEC-Q100 qualification and ISO 26262 ASIL-B safety features enable reliable automotive HMI, body, and powertrain applications.
