The CY8C22345-24PVXA is an automotive-grade PSoC® Programmable System-on-Chip™ with an M8C CPU up to 24 MHz, 16 KB flash, and 1 KB SRAM. It features 8 universal digital blocks, 6 programmable analog blocks, 24 GPIOs, 2 UART and 2 SPI interfaces, and a 10-bit SAR ADC (192 ksps). Supporting 21 CapSense I/Os and direct LCD drive, it operates from 3.0 to 5.25 V over -40°C to 85°C, is RoHS compliant, and is ideal for capacitive sensing and automotive HMI applications.
