The CY8C21512-24PVXAT is an automotive-grade PSoC® device with an M8C CPU up to 24 MHz, 8 KB flash, 0.5 KB SRAM, and 24 GPIOs. It features I2C, a universal digital block, and CapSense Plus capacitive touch sensing with proximity and water tolerance. Operating from 3.0 V to 5.25 V and -40°C to 85°C, it is halogen free, RoHS compliant, and ideal for robust touch control in automotive and industrial environments.
