The CY8C21334-24PVXAT is a programmable system-on-chip (PSoC®) device with an M8C CPU up to 24 MHz, 8 KB flash, and 0.5 KB SRAM. It features a 10-bit DelSig ADC (5.9 ksps), one programmable analog block, and CAPSENSE™ Plus technology with CSD, proximity sensing, water tolerance, and two slider channels. The device offers 16 GPIOs, 12 CapSense IOs, hardware PWM, and operates from 3.0 to 5.25 V across -40 to 85°C. Communication interfaces include I2C.
