The CY8C21334-12PVXET is an automotive-grade PSoC® programmable system-on-chip with an M8C CPU up to 12 MHz, 8 KB flash, and 512 bytes SRAM. It features one programmable analog block, a 10-bit DelSig ADC at 5.9 ksps, CapSense Plus technology with 12 CapSense IOs, and proximity sensing. Supporting I2C, SPI, and UART, it operates from 4.75 to 5.25 V across -40 to 125°C. Water tolerant, RoHS and halogen-free, with 16 GPIOs, it is ideal for automotive touch sensing and control.
