The CY8C21312-12PVXET is an automotive-grade PSoC® programmable system-on-chip with a M8C CPU core up to 12 MHz, 8 KB flash, and 0.5 KB SRAM. It features one CapSense Plus block for capacitive sensing, proximity, and water tolerance, supporting 12 CapSense IOs and two sliders. The device provides 16 GPIOs, hardware PWM, and a dedicated I2C interface, operating from 3.0 to 5.25 V and -40 to 125°C. RoHS and halogen-free compliant, it is ideal for touch-based controls.
