CY7C1515KV18-250BZXI is a 72-Mbit QDR II synchronous pipelined SRAM organized as 2M × 36, with independent read and write ports to eliminate bus turnarounds and support concurrent transactions. It uses a four-word burst DDR interface (data transfer at 500 MHz at 250 MHz clock), 1.5-cycle read latency with DOFF HIGH, and programmable output impedance via ZQ. Industrial, Pb-free 165-ball FBGA.
