CY7C1051H30-10BV1XE is an AEC-Q100 qualified 8-Mbit (512K × 16) fast asynchronous CMOS SRAM with embedded ECC for automotive systems. It runs from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +125°C, with 10 ns address access (tAA). Automatic CE power-down, TTL-compatible I/O, and 1.0 V data retention support low-power standby and simple memory expansion. It is offered in a Pb-free 48-ball VFBGA (6 × 8 × 1.0 mm).
