CY62167DV30LL-55BVXI is a 16-Mbit (1 M × 16) CMOS SRAM in a Pb-free 48-ball FBGA (8 × 9.5 × 1 mm). It operates from 2.20 V to 3.60 V across -40°C to +85°C and is offered in a 55 ns speed grade. Typical ICC is 2 mA at 1 MHz (15 mA typ at fMax). With CE1/CE2 deselect, automatic power-down and standby support ISB of 2.5 µA typical (22 µA max at 3.60 V) for battery-powered equipment.
