The CY2302SXC-1 is a 3.3 V zero delay buffer and frequency multiplier with two LVCMOS outputs, supporting input and output frequencies from 10 MHz to 133 MHz. It operates from 3.13 V to 5.5 V and is qualified for commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C). The device features an external feedback path for zero delay operation, on-chip PLL clock generation, and is offered in an 8-pin SOIC package. RoHS compliant and halogen free.
