The CY22381FXI is a three-PLL, flash-programmable clock generator with three independent CMOS outputs, supporting 0 to 166 MHz output and 1 to 150 MHz input frequencies (industrial). It operates from 3.13 to 3.45 V over -40 to 85°C, features crystal or reference clock input, low jitter, high accuracy, and flexible divider options. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC, it is RoHS compliant and qualified for industrial use.
