The CY15V116QI-20BKXCT is a 16-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI, organized as 2048K × 8 and operating up to 20 MHz. It offers virtually unlimited endurance (10^15 cycles), 151-year data retention at 70°C, and instant non-volatile writes. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V and 0°C to +70°C, it features low active (1.5 mA) and standby (14 μA) currents, advanced write protection, device ID, unique serial number, and a compact 24-ball FBGA package.
