The CY15V108QSN-108BKXI is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ Ultra ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with instant non-volatile writes and virtually unlimited endurance of 100 trillion cycles. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V at -40°C to +85°C, it supports Quad SPI up to 108 MHz SDR and 46 MHz DDR. With 151-year data retention, ECC and CRC for data integrity, low-power standby and deep power-down modes, and a 24-ball FBGA package, it is ideal for frequent-write industrial and control applications.
