The CY15V108QN-50BKXI is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 1024K × 8 serial memory array, virtually unlimited endurance (1015 read/write cycles), and 151-year data retention. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V at -40°C to +85°C, it supports SPI up to 50 MHz and advanced write protection. Low-power modes include 7.5 µA standby, 0.9 µA deep power-down, and 0.1 µA hibernate. The 24-ball FBGA package is RoHS compliant, ideal for frequent-write industrial use.
