The CY15V108QI-20LPXIT is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 1024K × 8 organization, supporting virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features a high-speed SPI interface up to 20 MHz, instant nonvolatile writes at bus speed, and advanced write protection.
