The CY15V104QI-20LPXCT is a 4-Mbit EXCELON™ LP F-RAM with high-speed SPI, organized as 512K × 8. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it supports up to 20 MHz clock and industrial temperatures (–40°C to +85°C). It offers instant non-volatile writes, 10^15 endurance cycles, and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Low active current and advanced write protection make it ideal for data logging and industrial control applications.
