The CY15E064Q-SXE is a 64-Kbit automotive ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI interface supporting up to 16 MHz clock frequency and NoDelay™ writes. It delivers 10 trillion read/write cycles, 121-year data retention at 85°C, and operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V across -40°C to 125°C. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and RoHS compliant, it features hardware/software write protection and low standby current of 10 μA at 85°C. Ideal for high-reliability automotive data storage.
