The CY15B204QI-20LPXI is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) Excelon LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI interface up to 20 MHz. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance with 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features advanced write protection and low active current (1.4 mA at 20 MHz). Drop-in compatibility with serial EEPROM and flash enables reliable storage in industrial and IoT systems.
