The CY15B108QN-20LPXC is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, supporting 20 MHz operation and virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V and offers 151-year data retention at 60°C, advanced write protection, and low-power modes down to 0.1 µA. The Pb-free 8-pin GQFN package is rated for commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C), making it ideal for rapid writes and reliable non-volatile storage.
