The CY15B108QN-20BFXI is an 8-Mb EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI up to 40 MHz, organized as 1024K × 8. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance with 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it features advanced write protection and low-power modes down to 0.1 µA. Available in an 8-pin UFLGA package, it is RoHS compliant and ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable memory.
