The CY15B104QN-50SXA is a 4 Mbit EXCELON™ Auto Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI interface, organized as 512K × 8. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V, supports up to 50 MHz clock, and is rated for –40°C to +85°C with AEC-Q100 Grade 3 compliance.
