The CY15B104QN-20LPXC is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) providing nonvolatile storage with 10^15 read/write cycles endurance and 151-year data retention at 60°C. It features a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz, operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V, and supports a commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.
