The CY15B102QM-50SWXIT is a 2-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a high-speed SPI interface up to 50 MHz, organized as 256K × 8. It delivers instant nonvolatile writes, virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 cycles, and 151-year data retention at 60°C.
