CY14ME064J2-SXQ is a 64-Kbit (8 K × 8) serial I2C nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells for automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up, with optional software STORE/RECALL and WP pin protection. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over −40°C to +105°C, supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz, and specifies 2 mA active current at 3.4 MHz, 250 µA standby, and 20 µA sleep.
