CY14B512Q2A-SXIT is a 512-Kbit (64K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for data retention without a battery. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, and allows software STORE/RECALL plus block and hardware write protection. 20-year retention and 1,000K STORE endurance are specified.
