CY14B512Q2A-SXI is a 512-Kbit (64K × 8) SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells to retain data without a battery. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software STORE/RECALL and an 8-byte serial number. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V at −40 to 85°C, with 40 MHz SPI, 20-year retention at 85°C, and 1M STORE cycles, in an 8-pin SOIC with VCAP.
