CY14B256KA-SP45XIT is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real time clock. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and offers 45 ns access. QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells support hands-off AutoStore on power-down plus software or HSB hardware STORE/RECALL, with 1 million STORE cycles and 20-year data retention. VCAP is 61 µF to 180 µF. 48-pin SSOP tape-and-reel.
