CY14B104NA-ZSP25XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (256K × 16) that integrates fast SRAM with QuantumTrap non-volatile storage. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C and supports 25 ns access. Data is AutoStored on power-down using a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, and can be stored or recalled by software. It offers 20-year data retention and 1M STORE cycles for critical data logging.
