CY14B104NA-BA45XI is a 4-Mbit parallel nvSRAM organized as 256K × 16, combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per cell. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and offers 45 ns access. Automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL, retain data for 20 years with 1,000K STORE cycles in a 48-ball FBGA package.
