The CY14B104NA-BA25XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 256K × 16, combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V with 25 ns access, performs automatic STORE on power-down using a VCAP capacitor, and supports software or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Endurance is 1,000 K STORE cycles with 20-year data retention, in a 48-ball FBGA industrial grade (-40 to 85°C).
