The BTS50025-1TAD is a 2.5 mΩ Smart High-Side Power Switch in a PG-TO-263-7 package. It offers protective functions and diagnosis, including Reverse On for reverse polarity protection. The power transistor utilizes a N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump, enabling it to drive high current loads up to 25 A. Ideal for harsh automotive environments such as switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs.
