The BTH6100-2EPA, as part of the PROFET™ + 48V family, features 2 channels with proportional analog current sense. This 100 mΩ dual-channel device is suitable for a 48 V board net. It comes in a small TSDSO-14 exposed pad package and is footprint compatible with family members, offering protection and diagnostic functions.
