The EiceDRIVER™ 2EDF7268G is a dual channel isolated gate driver IC with floating outputs. This strong 5 A / 9 A source/sink dual chanel gate driver comes with a high 100 V/ns CMTI (common mode transient immunity) for robost operation with MOSFETs and GaN HEMTs in high-power switching noise environments. The 2EDF7268G is available in a 13-pin VSON 4x4 mm package with thermal pads, delivering a compact footprint with strong thermal performance.
