The 1EDI2004AS utilizes Infineon's Coreless Transformer (CLT) for galvanic isolation. It supports 400 V, 600 V, and 1200 V IGBT technologies, with a 5 V logic connection and SPI interface for control. It has minimal PWM signal distortion, integrated safety functions, and works well with Infineon's 1EBN100XAE "EiceDRIVER™ Boost" booster stage family.
