Oceane Leautey

Application manager automotive battery management system

Océane completed a double degree in Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering and joined Infineon in 2022 as a global Product Manager, following similar experience in the aerospace industry in France. Currently, as Application and Product Manager, she is responsible for strategically positioning Infineon's BMS solutions across the entire EMEA region, with a special focus on cell balancing and monitoring ICs, as well as battery pack monitoring solutions.

Andrea Morici

Director - Head of technical marketing LDS LED

Andrea Morici holds a PhD in electronic engineering and an MBA with more than 19 years of professional experience in semiconductors. He joined Infineon Technologies in 2012, working for the ATV and PSS divisions. Since 2021, Andrea has been part of Infineon Technologies Italy and has the role of Technical Marketing Head, leading a team of System and Application Engineers in Padua focused on defining exterior- and interior-lighting automotive ICs, driving go-to-market activities, and providing technical support to customers worldwide.

Thomas Wagner

Application manager OBC & HV-LV DCDC

Thomas is an application Manager for onboard charger and HV-LV DCDC. In his marketing role, he shapes the go-to-market strategy and positions Infineon’s solutions across the customer landscape in EMEA. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics and joined Infineon in 2022. Before Infineon, he gained experience in various positions in the automotive industry.

Mariana Gonzalez

Application manager traction inverter

Mariana completed a double degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and since 2022, she has been a part of Infineon's Regional Marketing team in the Automotive segment. As an Application Manager, she is responsible for strategically positioning Infineon's Traction Inverter solutions across the entire EMEA region.

Jan Wiedemann

Application manager automotive power distribution

As Regional Application Manager for Automotive Power Distribution and Zone Controller, Jan supports our stakeholders in finding the best product fit for our customers' application, making sure to create the greatest value achievable with our Infineon semiconductor offering.

Philipp Wiswesser

Technical marketing

Philipp Wissweser holds an electrical engineering degree from the Technical University of Braunschweig. Two years ago, he joined Infineon through the International Graduate Program, which enabled him to complete international assignments in Detroit and Milano. He is now responsible for providing technical support for the distribution channel within the EMEA region, where he combines his technical expertise with a strong customer focus.

Sheetal Jonwal

System application engineer

Sheetal Jonwal is a skilled engineer responsible for system applications for Smart Motors, with a focus on Thermal Management and Doors & Closure systems. She brings 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, having worked on various technologies and held different roles. Her educational background includes a master's degree in Embedded Systems, which she earned in India.

Sargam Sharma

Product manager GAN Automotive eMobility EMEA

Sargam Sharma is working as a Product Manager at Infineon, where she spearheads the adoption of the Gallium Nitride (GaN) automotive portfolio among customers in the EMEA region, with a focus on On-Board Chargers (OBC), DC-DC converters, inverters, and medium voltage applications. Since joining Infineon in 2018, Sargam has held various roles, including Component Verification Engineer for Automotive Half Bridge Drivers and Customer Application Engineer, where she worked on a wide range of topics encompassing chips, discretes, switches, and gate drivers.

Sargam holds a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Adriano Sauchelli

Senior Marketing Manager Automotive EMEA

Adriano joined Infineon in 2023. In his role he drives the market strategy and positioning of the memory business line portfolio for the EMEA automotive accounts, working closely with sales on customer engagements and price negotiations. Before Infineon, Adriano gained professional experience with automotive Tier-1s and OEMs, equipping him with a solid understanding of market trends and customer needs. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and brings a diverse professional background in journalism, communication and marketing.

Alessio Zambon

Bluewind – embedded software developer

Alessio is an experienced embedded software developer on 8, 16, and 32-bit platforms. He attained his Master of Telecommunications Engineering Degree from the University of Padua in 2007 and joined Bluewind the same year. As part of his responsibilities, he now supervises technical support activities for the Infineon AURIX^TM technology and manages the distribution of High-Tec safety-oriented toolchains and software libraries in Italy. He is experienced in wireless applications based on cellular, GNSS, and short-range radio modules.
