The TLS810D1EJ V50 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator with wide input range. Operating from 2.75V to 42V, it's ideal for automotive applications. The TLS810D1EJV50 provides a fixed 5V output with 2% accuracy and 100mA capability. It includes internal protections and offers under-voltage reset and delayed reset release at power-on.
