The TLS810D1EJ V33 is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator for automotive applications. It operates from 2.75 V to 42 V, providing a fixed 3.3 V output with 2% accuracy and 100 mA capability. It requires a small 1 μF ceramic capacitor. Internal protections ensure safety. It has an Enable feature and low standby consumption. The Reset feature supervises the output voltage, including undervoltage reset and delayed reset release.
