The TLS115D0EJ is a monolithic low-dropout voltage tracking regulator for automotive off-board systems. It offers reverse polarity and short circuit protection. With supply voltages up to 45V, the output voltage accurately tracks the reference voltage applied at the adjust input. It can drive loads up to 150mA and follows the reference voltage (e.g., 5V) with high precision.
