TLS115B0EJ: High-accuracy LDO voltage tracking regulator in small DSO-8 exposed pad package. Designed for automotive off-board systems like powertrain sensors. With reverse polarity and short circuit protection, it operates up to 45V supply voltage. Accurate tracking of reference voltage (down to 2.0V) drives loads up to 150mA with precision.
