REF_Audio_GaNc_1200W features CoolGaN™ Transistors 175 V G3 combined with the MERUS™ IRS20597SPBF Class D audio driver. It demonstrates the superior power density and audio performance of CoolGaN™. This two-channel design is scalable up to 600 W x 2ch at 4 Ω without a heatsink. The design includes all the required housekeeping power supplies and connectors for ease of use.
