The first card features the EiceDRIVER™ 1EDC Compact 1EDC60H12AH with an integrated active Miller clamp, while the second card includes the EiceDRIVER™ 1EDC Compact 1EDC60H12AH for a bipolar supply. The platform including EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC demonstrates driving options of discrete power semiconductors in TO247 3-pin and 4-pin, designed for future expansion, with a maximum voltage of 800 V and maximum pulsed current of 130 A.
