Infineon's 2EDN7524R kit has integrated circuitry for exploring its effect on load signals. It supports two MOSFETs, suggesting CoolMOS™ or OptiMOS™. An external function generator and DC power are required. At zero-power, the load is an RC filter. Options include testing diverse MOSFETS, MOSFET power-up via banana connectors, and potential daughter card connection.
