The 20W 5V power supply uses CoolSET™ ICE3AR2280CJZ in a flyback converter, operating at 100kHz in both conduction modes. It includes slope compensation, fast AC reset, and fixed voltage brownout detect/reset. It features Active Burst Mode, auto restart protection, and BiCMOS design. It also offers built-in soft start time, frequency jitter, and an 800V MOSFET. It excels in low standby power and EMI performance.
