The Universal evaluation platform with EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC demonstrates driving options for Discrete Power Semiconductors in TO247 3-pin and 4-pin. It includes a motherboard and gate driver card, designed modularly for future expansion. The motherboard supports up to 800 V and 130 A pulsed current.
