The EVAL_FAN_XMC_PFD7 motor drive board provides a sensorless synchronous rectification BLDC/PMSM control algorithm, adjustable switching frequency up to 20kHz, and the option for two-phase or three-phase modulation. It uses Infineon's CoolMOS™ PFD7 MOSFET series for improved efficiency. Interfacing is possible through XMC™ Link, which must be ordered separately.
