The purpose of this demoboard is to demonstrate the performance of the latest 600V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction MOSFET technology working at 65kHz in a CCM PFC boost converter along with 2EDN EiceDRIVER™ ICs, CoolSiC™ Schottky diode 650V G5 using analog control and CoolSET™ QR PWM controller.
