The evaluation board illustrates the design of a half-bridge LLC stage for a server SMPS aiming for 80+ Titanium standard efficiency. It uses 600V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET (IPP60R180P7), OptiMOS™ 40V low-voltage power MOSFET, QR CoolSET™ (ICE2QR2280Z), EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL hi-low side driver (2EDL05N06PF), EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN low-side gate driver (2EDN7524F), and analog LLC controller (ICE2HS01G).
