The EVAL_500W_5G_PSU showcases a power supply converting AC (85-305 VAC) to DC (12 VDC) with a rated output power of 500 W, designed for 5G telecom small cells. The PSU, with a height of only 27mm, ensures high efficiency (96.5% peak efficiency at 230 VAC) and utilizes fanless cooling facilitated by 600V CoolMOS™ superjunction MOSFETs in the DDPAK package.
